AMFIT - Poisson regression of relative risks and absolute
risks for cohort studies and clinical trials using grouped follow-up data
- estimates background and excess risks including risk differences, and
relative risks
- uses efficient algorithms for estimating multiplicative stratum parameters
- allows use of external rates for computation of standardized mortality
or incidence ratios (SMR)
- can be used for general Poisson regression problems, such as anaylsis
of contigency tables
Example - SMR regression
